You will have seen that the High Court has published the outcome of its test case. While we are reviewing the judgment and its implications as quickly as possible, the judgment is lengthy and complex and this may take a few days to complete. We aim to provide policyholders who have made a claim or complaint with a more detailed written explanation of our decision about their claim or complaint within the next 10-14 working days. If you have referred a complaint to Lloyd’s you will also hear from them within the same timescale.
